I loved that the hotel was just a short drive from Orangeburg County Aquatic Park, where I enjoyed a relaxing stroll, and being only about 6.5 km from the South Carolina State University Planetarium made it easy for me to explore without any hassle. the cozy room offered all the essentials for a single traveler like me, making my stay convenient and enjoyable.

Exceptional front desk service made my stay
I had a wonderful experience with the front staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful, providing everything from extra pillows to seamless internet access. The cleanliness of the lobby and hallways also stood out. My only suggestion would be to improve the room amenities, as having a microwave would have been a nice touch.

The room was super clean with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. I loved the shower and the free toiletries. missingWrote a review on Aug 22vibrant decoroutdoor gamescheap furnishings
Vibrant decor throughout adds a fresh and modern vibe, perfect for a quick stopover. The outdoor gaming area provides a fun distraction for families, making for a lively atmosphere right outside your door.
Some cheap furnishings left a bit to be desired, while the lack of a pool was disappointing for a family-friendly concept. Breakfast served too close to an open office with hamster cages wasn't exactly appetizing, and the bathroom left a bit to be desired with lingering odors as if only watered down. Hot water took almost five minutes to kick in—definitely not ideal for early risers.

clean room but breakfast was underwhelming
I’ve stayed in many hotels on my road trips, but the cleanliness of this King Room stood out significantly. The employees were also very friendly, which made my stay more enjoyable.
Breakfast was only so-so which surprised me when everything else was so good.

Not what I booked!
So I thought I was headed to Santee but ended up at this spot in Orangeburg. Kinda frustrating since I just wanted to chill after a long drive. The staff were nice, but I got stuck with a reservation that I couldn't change. The room was decent, though, and breakfast had some good options.
